令和7年11月18日、宇和島市立中央公民館で開催された「命を守る・暮らしを守る #5｜避難所支援の力 〜つながりで支え合える避難所を目指して〜」牛鬼会議ワークショップにおいて、オフィス・セイケは当日のライブ配信技術サポート を担当いたしました。
防災に関心を持つ多くの市民の皆さまが、会場とオンラインの両方から参加され、避難所運営の課題と可能性について、多角的な視点で議論が深められた充実した学びの時間となりました。

今回のワークショップでは、次のようなテーマが取り上げられました。
- 西日本豪雨での避難所運営の実例
- 自主的に生まれた住民参加型の支え合い
- 行政による避難所運営マニュアルの説明
- 多職種によるグループワーク（郵便局、医療、介護、教育、子ども食堂、NPO、防災士、自治会、農業 など）
避難所運営は行政だけでは完結せず、「避難者自身ができること」「支援者が持ち寄れる得意分野」 が自然と組み合わさることで、より良い避難所環境が生まれるという重要な視点が共有されました。

■ 地域の取り組みをさらに広げるために
今回の配信を通じて改めて感じたことは、地域の取り組みを「映像」と「SNS」で伝えることの重要性 です。宇和島NPOセンターをはじめ、地域の団体・行政・市民グループの皆さまが、

などを活用することで、活動内容はさらに広く、深く伝わっていきます。
特に防災分野では、「地域の経験」「知見」「学び」を記録し、次世代につなぐことが情報発信の大きな役割となります。

Workshop Livestream Support and Proposal for Community Media Outreach

On November 18, 2025, Office Seike provided technical livestream support for the workshop “Protecting Lives, Supporting Daily Living #5 – The Power of Shelter Support and Community Connections” held at the Uwajima City Central Community Center.
The session brought together both in-person and online participants who share a strong interest in disaster preparedness and shelter operations, creating a valuable opportunity for diverse perspectives and practical learning.

The workshop highlighted several key themes:
- Firsthand accounts of evacuation shelter operations during the 2018 Western Japan Floods
- Community-led initiatives that emerged naturally within shelters
- Administrative perspectives on shelter management and manual development
- Group discussions among professionals from various fields
A central message throughout the session was the importance of combining the abilities of evacuees and supporters, and how shelter quality improves when individuals bring their strengths—skills, networks, and experiences—into the shared environment.
